The hotel is in very well located close to the "Old Medina" and it is close to many interesting places in the city, so walking around was easy. The staff provided good service and were very helpful. However, the building itself is getting old and needs some updates. Overall, it was a good stay but could be better with some renovations.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, just by the medina, walking distance to the water and restaurants. The hotel itself could do with some modernising, but for a few days visiting the city, with a pool it's a great option.

First few days in Morocca and still becoming accustomed to local ways. Check in seemed overly complicated, as we had pre-booked and pre-paid. Eventually got it sorted out ; it may just have been the manual entry of all forms into the system is not something we are used to.

Renovation due this winter . But I wasn't told this and it wasn't reflected in Prices paid.

少しがっかり I like the location of the hotel
But I don’t like the furniture in the room it was too old and also they gave me room in the back of the hotel without a view
