This was our third time staying at this hotel. It is clean with friendly staff and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend!

It is decent 3 star hotel. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Limited service. Central location can be crowded at times. Room facing the market are very quiet and comfy. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Breakfast was nice but coffee machine was not working so no coffee in the morning or cappuccino. The room was clean, but we found blood on our pillowcases and had to bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff. The shower tiles were full of black mold. We had a terrace that was great for hanging out overlooking Saint Joe’s market. All you smelled in the mornings was oil frying from the market and all you hear all night long is the subway underneath you. Upon arrival, they broke our luggage, bringing it upstairs to the room, so we had to buy a new suitcase, even though we brought it to their attention.Location was great, but it was hard to get a good night sleep

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately the entire Rambla is under construction and it was a huge mess. Not the hotel’s fault but a huge inconvenience and disappointment

The rooms were clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was awesome and everything was nearby. I loved it.

Hotel was in the heart of everything of everything. The only complaint I have was the air conditioner was not keeping it cool enough in the room. The staff was great. The room was clean. I would stay here again if I came back.

Staff excellent ordered a taxis for early morning..let us store are luggage for early check in .. amazing location..get a room overlooking the street.

The room was excellent with a balcony above the Le Rambla, the staff were friendly, and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located.
