It was rustic,great shower,bed was less firmed than desired

Staff are very friendly, helpful. Place is clean.

Hibernation Station met all of our needs. The cabin had a fridge and kitchen, and most importantly beds for all of us. Check in was quick and easy. The room provided plenty of towels, soap, etc. The office/gift shop was helpful for snacks/drinks/basic necessities. There is no pool, but I knew that going in. And honestly, we had no time after full days in the park to even use a pool. Hibernation Station had great customer service from check in to housekeeping to check out. I have no complaints.

The staff were perfectly lovely. They recommended some great places to visit in town and in Yellowstone park. The lodge itself had an inviting atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay, I definitely recommend.

Ok, so when we arrived it was 101 degrees outside, major heatwave. The air conditioning did not work, staff said they would have their onsite maintainence take a look at it. The next day it was 97 degrees maintenance showed up no luck fixing they gave us a fan and extention cord. We left the front door of our cabin open until 11pm to cool down. The 3rd day they show up at 4pm with hvac tech. Spent 1-1/2 hours fixing the broken fan which cools the compressor. Picture show cabin with a table but no table was there. Only 1 receptical in bathroom and two in bedroom. I will never go back to this place. Manager said he would Compensate us for room but when we checked out the front desk said he was off that day, and since we booked 3rd party there was nothing they could do about it. Very pissed off.

We had a fantastic time staying in the "Cougar" room for our wedding anniversary.

Nice cabin feel. TV was blinking in the room and wifi for TV in the club room was not consistent. Coffee in the office was not hot, needed to microwave it. Location is great.

Staff was great and super helpful. Easy check-in and responsive to requests.

Great location.clean and nice decorations. It would be nicer if there were more outlet available within the room.

The front desk guy was so nice and helpful! The cabins were roomy, clean and comfortable! Cute too! Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!
