The room was rarely cleaned. The safe was broken. The air conditioner need servicing. Etc etc.

Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. But overall I wouldn't be staying here again should I visit the island in the future

There is a night market located next to this resort and it does not turn off its loud music till midnight. In addition, the resort bistro also does not regulate the amount of noise their customers make during late night. I have to contact their reception close to midnight and I was told the bistro does not close till after midnight. You would think a resort would have a noise management in place for their customers right? No apparently. On top of this, I found a live cockroach in the bed. The shower towels were old and one of them had a hole in it. Also for the amount of money you pay for breakfast, it is not worth it. The food selection was average. Not a very pleasant stay. The resort needs to up its game.

toilet are so stinky

Requested for rooms to be closed to each other but initially given first and third floor, later they able to give same floor. There are two blocks, waited at the wrong block for registration, wasted time.

the pool was nice but the breakfast very poor.

Proper ventilation needed

It is ok livable rooms are. Ok. Maintanents need to be carried out ,breakfast could be better for westernes ! Overall. Its ok and lots of things are broken in the room. Need fixcing shower head need changing

Location and the pool suitable for family with young children
