This is our second time here we loved it so much we brought my parents back with us, the staff,hotel,food and rooms were fantastic, we will be back soon

Just a heads up on this property .If you don’t speak fluent Italian or Russian don’t bother going .The property is huge ,but the directions to get around are only on apps ,very few of the staff speak English.The front desk were rude ,and really didn’t seem to care if we were taken care of .We didn’t have hot water for 3 days after repeated complaints they sent someone at 8 pm who said would have to come back the next day . Wry dissatisfied to say the least

A hotel so disappointing I almost booked a different hotel for my last two nights. The staff is horrible- before the trip I contacted them to book scuba and other reservations using no less than 6 different methods of contact. Reservation Manager Ahmed Hassan was the only one who responded and told me to email a different address. A few days later, I said I had tried and did not get a response, he did not respond and did not offer any further help. The front desk was equally unhelpful. After a long travel day, I was struggling with my a heavy backpack and they had me shuffle all over reception without offering to help. They also were confused and unhelpful about scuba and when I told them the hotel app was not working. By the way, I signed on to WiFi and at one point, a staff member grabbed my phone and turned on data without my permission, costing me $12/day in charges. Food was terrible. Drink selection was terrible. Taxis through the hotel were 10x as much and they make it near impossible to get outside cabs. Their cabs will also scam you and force you into their perfume store. Everything in the hotel is far apart and so much is off limits to all-inclusive. Scuba through the hotel was overpriced- 2-3x what you get outside the hotel. Buildings were dated and there’s even one part near the cafeteria that’s really just a bad neighborhood, filled with graffiti and boarded up doors. QR codes everywhere didn’t work. The in-app chat feature never responded to my requests.

Do NOT stay at this resort, you will be disappointed. Staff are very ignorant and rude, all inclusive….ya ok! Couldn’t even get a bottle of water. The provide non potable water from a slushie machine that wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. You might as well sleep outside on the ground as it would be comfier then the bed and pillow that they provide. Only entitled to 2 bottles of water per day to your room. The food is garbage, might as well be eating dog food. Pools are dirty, stained and wasn’t cleaned nor vacuumed once. The staff allow children to go into the pool nude, some sanitary! Regardless, it was a horrible time and I don’t wish it on anyone else.

The Domina Coral Bay Sharm el Sheik was amazing in everyway possible., from the moment we got there I felt at ease safe looked after, the food was excellent, the diving and snorkeling was amazing, dive staff out of this world ❣️. Going back asap

Amazing - free upgraded room to Kings Lake - so many beaches lagoons/pool's to sit at excellent sun beds, snorkelling very easy and stunning coral (take your own mask etc). Weather perfect. Food and bars - some restrictions to All Inc but once you work it out find your fav - breakfast in Garden rest. for us and Dinner at Spices. Bars, we liked the sunset beach bar and roof top evening bar - Alisia hotel lobby for evening cards if bit cold to sit out. Free golf cart taxis to get around. Stunning landscapes/gardens and lots of happy cats. Take own plastic glass (didn’t like the paper cups) and no tonic - easy to solve with onsite supermarket. Staff all very lovely friendly and courteous. It is a mainly Italian resort (chain) Red Sea meets Med vibe.

Beautiful place, fantastic service, great staff. So much freedom.
