Close to the city centre.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. Other than the occasional sound of road traffic the rooms are very quiet. The staff were so helpful and obliging that it felt like we had been there before. Nice sized spa bath that was comfortable and very relaxing. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone from holiday to business travelers. John and Delwyn Stevens Taranaki

Clean and tidy. Would have been nice to be offered some milk on arrival and some hooks to hang our clothes in the bathroom would have been helpful

Just one point, we asked twice not to have room service, but twice service was done in our absence. There were no problems, but that was just our preference.

Room was clean and well presented. They gave me a room I requested and I was more than happy.Handy location to town. Parking is a bit tight when they are heavily booked, but hardly their fault. Will stay again if in Hamilton.

Did not use the spa

Loved our stay, close to everything we needed, very clean. The only recommendation would be having the room serviced during our stay would of been nice but not necessary. Fantastic stay, thank you

Nice place very good nights sleep

Unfortunately terrible service at the front desk, the manager was rude and inhospitable when we arrived early, we ended up requesting a refund and said we’d prefer to stay elsewhere, he said we’d have to contact Expedia for a refund which we did but it turned out he was lying - Expedia requested the refund from him which he then declined. Insufferable, avoid.

Value for money for hospital appointments .Ticks all the boxes clean and well presented each time we have used it.
