少しがっかり The hotel is very nice, but service is very sub-standard and inconsistent. They show many places to eat, but many are not staffed and the open times vary day to day. Service for the rooms is very hit and miss. Shame that such a nice facility fails on such a basic level. Breakfast is TERRIBLE as well.

I can see this was once a very nice resort but not any more. It's weird to see so many good reviews about this hotel. It's old and needs a major upgrades to maintain 4 star level. Just looking at the current room condition, it's only a 2 star hotel. The hotel was really empty and was sad to see a live singer singing by herself at the lounge without any customers. They don't have a central heater so my room was a little cold. I called the front desk and they brought me the portable heater which was very nice.
