Mala relación precio/ calidad, aun entendiendo que es un hotel dentro del aeropuerto.

The hotel could have been reached by foot from Terminal 2, but we did not know. We called, as instructed, for the shuttle. The driver asked us to pay him. The room had no window, and lights that would not turn off. The heating/cooling unit was just above our heads, blowing into our noses. Heating was not working so we froze to death that night. Nice receptionist.

I had an unique experience at the airport hotel. At first, I was going to stay only one night, but decided to stay two more nights! Mainly because of the staff, the hotel's breakfast, and the ability to go to the airport walking through the internal corridors that go from the hotel to the airport. On the way, inside the corridor, and close to the hotel, there is a little chapel opened for your prayers and peace of mind. All the STAFF PERSONNEL was wonderful. Any issue or request that I had, they promptly helped, with a smile and goodwill. When came my time to leave the hotel, my cat hid under the bed, and I didn't know what to do! I called front desk, and they were very calm and understanding. Very soon another front desk member called to ask if I wanted help catching my cat. When he told me, that he had cats of his own, I decided to accept his help. He was the best! His name is FABRÍCIO, and he well represents the satisfaction that I had on staying at the Airport Hotel.

The location in the very same airport seams great but it is not easy to reach, not clearly indicated; coming with an uber was very difficult to localize as it has no exterior signs. The rooms without windows are clean but logically dark and uninviting

Very convenient. Excellent staff. Great buffet breakfast. Perfect for one-night stay.

The breakfast was excellent, air conditioning worked very well, I'm just not so sure about the excellency of cleanliness in the room. However the conditions were good enough that I want to stay one more day! That was awesome!

El hotel está en una terminal que no está en uso no lo recomiendo para personas solas , luce como un hotel abandonado, lo único bueno que vas caminando a 10 minuto del aeropuerto. El personal no es amable falta de limpieza las toallas necesitan un cambio urgente

El hotel es simple, tiene un desayuno bien pobre, está en la terminal 1, hay que ir en carro porque casi todos los vuelos son de la terminal 2, así que es como salir del aeropuerto, no se puede ir caminando de una terminal a la otra , es lejos. Hay que llamar al teléfono del hotel para que manden el transfer q recogerte, si no tienes numero de Brasil es difícil llamar, no hay opción de WhatsApp o reservar antes. Muchas habitaciones no tienen ventanas.

It was very convenient to have a hotel inside the airport. It was perfect for a short stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

If you arrive in late, get some food on the way over at the terminal. Only a burguer or a ham and cheese sandwich are available at the hotel.
