Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was enjoyable.
The only issue I noticed was that the floor in my room was not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, I realized this quite late during my stay. Apart from that, everything was good, and I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises.

Brilliant welcome. Upgraded us. Room was very clean. Plenty of space. When we needed anything we just asked and it was done. Very good breakfast. Very little noise from the streets could be heard in the room.

The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. The property is situated in a busy area but it’s super safe. A bit of modernisation could go a miss.
Stayed here many times.

Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Recommend
Rooms are quite outdated, and unfortunately, my experience this time was just as disappointing as before. I decided to give the property a second chance for my family’s stay, but it really wasn’t worth it. The overall condition doesn’t justify the price; it feels more like a rip-off. I’d recommend looking at other options nearby that offer much better value and comfort.
