Laundry can't be used by guests- for Staff only; no shared refrigerator. Room doors aren't sturdy. Staff isn't around much and hard to reach by phone. Staff is friendly and helpful when they're around. Located up a steep street. Subway station, restaurants 1-2 minute walk.

I had a problem with odor from the restroom. But based on its lodgin price, the overall experience was just okay.

Location is very strategic snd near to all places i needed to go. Accommodation rate is very affordable and more than commensurate … thank you to Tella, for her hospitality.

Clean Clean Clean. Very Clean. Ability to get tissues, towels yourself in cute little lobby with ironing board and microwave, and typical hot/cold fresh water. Shared big fridge. Basic room, as long as I have my own bathroom and Air con, that's all I need. Super Convenient, close to subway and buses. Local neighborhood about 15 restaurants and coffee shops, easy to get a quick meal after tourist day somewhere else, very friendly coffee shop opens at 7:00 a.m. Quiet and homey place about ten minute to twenty minute subway to places you want to visit. One stop down from Seoul Station and Myeong-dong for lively activity. Clean easy-peasy, quiet location close to everything,

Andy was a great host!!! Very friendly and accommodating, offering to let us keep our bags at the guesthouse until check-in. Breakfast was simple but served on time. Room was clean and comfy and warm.

A bit small but reasonable for price not much facility.

My stay was so good.. the aircond and water heater works very well. and the manager was very nice 😊

Friendly staff. Small room but for the price hard to beat. Near many places to eat and Sookmyung Women's University subway station. Free, basic breakfast.

Found the hotel after a little detour where we walked past the sign (too busy looking at our map than our surroundings). Check-in was simple and straight forward. Our room was cosy and on the smaller side - more than expected, but it was ample and had all the things needed (hair dryer, small table/chairs, TV, wife, good sized bathroom with shower). The hotel was in a quiet area very close to the subway exit (1 minute) so it was perfect for our needs. Nearby were some convenience stores, small restaurants and fast food chains (KFC, Lotteria, Choongman chicken). In the morning the breakfast provided was a nice start to the day with orange juice, coffee, tea, bread for toast and cereal on offer. A late check out at 12pm is also very generous so great for those who like to get up later or have later plans. Would recommend as a good spot for a stay in the city for those travelling or with business in the city.
