A quiet location and a spacious apartment, with very good beds. Kitchen equipment was good and catered for 5 as advertised. Easy access from car park. It was advertised as Garden View and that is true, but the garden needs maintenance. The unit was a little bit dated with minor maintenance required. Very comfortable, but not quite up to the advertised "Deluxe". We asked for late checkout and never got an answer. Also asked if there was an external power point so as to charge our plugin hybrid. Happy to pay for it, but nothing available. And Port Campbell only has a Tesla Supersite, which doesn't allow charging of a hybrid.

Our stuck-in-time 1980s villa was stifling hot and stuffy when we checked in, and the sliding door to the deck would not open. We went to ask the receptionist, who rudely told us that she would be there "soon." When she arrived with a handful of keys, she could not open the deck before announcing, "It's illegal to open sliding doors here." She also could not turn on the AC. When we asked for a manager insistently, she left in a huff, only to return a few minutes later and suddenly was able to open the "illegal" door. During our two nights there, the Internet did not work, and neither did the television, the washer, the dryer, or the AC. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. Hands down. And the desk clerk - the worst!

Lovely places to eat nearby and the sights were only a short drive away which made it convenient to manage as the weather was not cooperative unfortunately. We did not use it much but place was well equipped with full kitchen. We travelled from overseas and had to check in late after hours but were easily accommodated which was greatly appreciated!

Virtually all aspects of my stay exceeded my expectations

Close to National park, driving distance between each sight seeing was like 10-15 mins. Nice cozy location and dining options around. Only thing was the receptionist was not too friendly, not exactly a welcoming experience.
