Only short walk into the centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free Airport Shuttle. Good breakfast selection. Efficient Air Conditioning. Reasonably priced.

I like this hotel because they have a complimentary airport shuttle transfer service which is very convenient for travelers. The staffs at this hotel is very helpful and friendly. Especially the cheerful van driver Mr Boy. He's like a tour guide. It's just a short ride from Airport to Hotel. He will give information about the landmarks whenever the van passes the building/area. Kudos to him! The room is very spacious and clean.

Good price, helpful and kind staff. They offer a city tour for $5. Airport pickup and drop off for free.

Wednesday and Friday the hotel does Not offer city tours. During Ramadan the less than tasty breakfast is not available in the dining area, no tourists allowed. Your breakfast is placed on a tray in the hallway outside your room where you are expected to eat it.i have never experienced this. In our opinion pay a little bore for a proper breakfast in a designated dining area. For $80. In Asia we consistently do much better. Boys, a hotel staff driver came to our rescue by offering a “Free” city tour of all the highlights. His ability to speak English, his local knowledge and patience were excellent and appreciated. It transformed our visit in a most positive way. Thank you Boys your most kind offerings are sincerely appreciated.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were in transit for 19hrs in Brunei. Our flight delayed and reached past midnight but the staff still waited and picked us up at airport. We had simple buffet breakfast at hotel. Then had city tour 9.40am - 3pm. Then sent us to airport. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Thank you for all the complimentary services, it made our transit and first visit to Brunei an enjoyable and memorable one.

The airport shuttle was super convenient and really helped us out. Breakfast was pretty basic. After getting completely soaked in the rain, we asked for some extra towels—there were only two bath towels and two small washcloths in the room. To our surprise, they actually charge for extra towels! Definitely not what we expected.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Airport transportation was provided . The hotel had tours available which I enjoyed. The driver for the excursion was funny and knowledgeable.

Free shuttle to the airport was great, and walk-able distance to major tourist sites
