I am a seasoned global traveler, so my comments are based on my experience at the price point for the suite with pool. Overall it was good; facilities need upgraded (e.g. caulking in bathroom, worn trim work) Buffet staff was very nice, especially the seating hostesses. The food buffet was good. Eatery options on site were very good. All said, I’d recommend this place; but if you are a Four Seasons type person that you will find this property “ok”

Property - Brillant place with good amount of resturants & bars. Pools slighlty smaller than but very good. Spa/Indoor pool at addtional cost. Staff very very good. They took care of of small asks. Room mini bar kepts getting refilled daily. Coffee/Pizza/Burger stations were all good. Icecream and crepes points too. We are vegitarian and had good amount of food choices and they also made speical meals on request (Indian food like aloo paratha) The night entertinment had more misses than hits. Need to work on those.

Absolutely incredible especially with kids. Everything was exquisite, staff was incredibly helpful and super attentive. You are spoiled for choice with food, everything is made with detail and care. Pre-booked restaurants are magnificent and service is outstanding. Would definitely be visiting again!

Very nice hotel with great pools and beach access. The property is huge, so be prepared for a lot of walking from place to place. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars, though the food is quite average. The staff is wonderful and incredibly attentive, from front desk to the waiters and service crew. The spa is amazing, and we enjoyed an excellent massage. Highly recommended for families with children, but less ideal for couples seeking a quiet or romantic getaway.

Great hotel, a very good all inclusive and fine ala carte restaurants. They could probably do with a few more sunbeds, at times it was a struggle to get one. Easy access to rhodes town with bus stop outside the hotel next door.

Food and drinks were great although some food and especially coffee was not hot even when asked for it to be. Service was good but exceptional in the Champagne and Wine bar. The 3 ladies in there are so lovely and friendly. Great pool areas and the adult only pool was fab, although children were allowed in April/May so at times was a bit noisy. Room was lovely and big, side sea view room Overall a lovely stay

Enjoyed very much 4-days family vacation! Very friendly staff, heated pools, good food for all ages.

Great amenities however the room was dated and could have been cleaner.

All the staff were great!

Everything was amazing , well worth the money , can’t fault one thing about the hotel honestly
