This is a great property. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. There are a few drawbacks for the price. While the property is air conditioned, there is only one control for all the rooms. This is a bit of an issue if you visit in July like I did. It was unbearably cold in the room because it had to accommodate everyone’s preference at the same time. Also when I read the reviews it said amazing breakfast and that was for me a reason to pick this property. The breakfast is as basic as it could be. The location is great. You can walk everywhere.

The staff attention, fresh desserts and happy hour nightly were beyond my expectations

Great stay! Food was awesome

The property was a Funeral Home! in a previous life! The management says it’s haunted. My family and I did not experience anything untoward, but I would not have booked there if I knew its history. Caveat emptor!

Excellent location right on the beach.

Adorable bed and breakfast, centrally located, convenient parking, snacks, beverages, and breakfast great! The staff upon arrival and departure were extraordinary. Always love Registry bed and breakfast accommodations.

Always our favorite in St Augustine.

The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was yummy and filling. Perks with happy hour wine and beer and cookies plus a delicious tiramisu dessert. They also gave us an extra treat of chocolates and brut for our anniversary. Would stay there again. Parking was convenient and everything was walkable in the town.
