Professional and courteous

The bed is soft and comfortable. The shower temperature is easy to adjust. They provide 4 pillows for 2 person. The soap is in a bottle that is quite special as my mom originally thought was cleaning detergent left by the cleaner. There is no lift so is not convenient for people with lots of luggage and people with limited mobility like my mom.

More parking n have gym, but not open for 24 hours or in morning.

This hotel is quiet, clean, with good security and plenty of parking. The room with 2 beds is especially suitable for family. The pipe water is strong enough and hot water supply is good. In terms of facilities inside the room, it will be good if electrical kettle is provided. TV channels too limited and signal reception is bad. The shower head holder in the room need replacement. The checking in experience was bad, we arrived at the hotel at 6pm, booked 2 rooms, and being told 1 room is not ready. Check in time is 2pm and room is not ready at 6pm is not acceptable. Also there was nobody else at the reception but yet it took 30 mins to check in. I have 1 room for 2 days, obviously no housekeeping was done to replace the used towels and refurnish the free drinking water on the 2nd day.

1). I booked a room with window through Expedia, but I was given a room without window. The reception does not have favorable feedbacks about Expedia bookings and her remarks made me rethink about Expedia. 2) I booked this hotel because it was advertised that it offers 24hr airport pickup. But I was told, the service stops at 5pm!! My flight arrived at 8pm. I felt so tricked. 3) The hotel is next to Karaoke center. Noisy. But the noise stops at 12pm. If you are an early sleeper, the noise would be annoying. 4) Complimentary newspaper is Chinese. Wish they could give English. 5) There's TV in room but no reception.
