Valentina was fantastic - at check in she helped with tour info, restaurant choices, and gave map details. She also arranged for transport to the airport. The location was perfect and walkable to so many of the major spots. The bed was extremely comfortable. The croissants provided in the morning were the best ever!! I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the Minerva Relais Hotel in Rome was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The hospitality from Nicola and Valentina truly made this experience unforgettable. They were attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. Each morning started perfectly with fresh hot croissants and espresso while enjoying the beautiful balcony views of Rome, it was the perfect Italian experience. The hotel itself made us feel completely pampered with luxurious robes and slippers, along with a fully stocked mini bar that added such a nice touch. Our room, 402, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds were tremendously comfortable, and the sitting table along with the lounging couch completed the relaxing atmosphere perfectly. Every detail felt carefully thought out. The service here was truly over the top. One detail that especially stood out was that they even had distilled water prepared for my CPAP machine, such a considerate gesture that showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The location could not be better. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the major must-see attractions in Rome, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. We could not have asked for a better stay, and the next time we visit Rome, we will absolutely be booking again
