2 minute walk to Matsumoto Station! Super convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and they provide travel items in the lobby if you need it. The only issue is that the shower curtain had mold. Otherwise the room was good.

This was a great place to stay for 2 nights in Matsumoto. The twin rooms are great. The standard double is tight but still super clean & comfy. Great location, staff are wonderful.

Walking distance from the train station thus the major commercial area, but while the hotel is clean, it’s dated. Yes all the photos of rooms are realistic but things are from the ‘90’s.

The hotel located on a quiet street near the train station. It’s convenient at reasonable price, overall it’s satisfactory.

良い This hotel is only good for one or at most two nights. The rooms were very small, breakfast was limited and the same each day. Staff spoke almost no English, so was hard to ask for assistance.
