When I booked I expected breakfast to be included it was part of the deal - but it was not provided. I rely on wifi - it was supposed to be part of the deal - there was no wifi. Free water was provided on day 1 but never replenished as promised. So I ended up paying for breakfasts, paying for water and foregoing wifi.

Great locations and clean room good breakfast staffs very friendly. Walking distance to night market and to temples

Overall ok. Friendly staff ,simple breakfast . Walking distance to night market and famous wats . Noisy at lower floor due to timber flooring at second level , not an issue for me , i drink every night lol .

Got a nice big room. Room cleaning done daily.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

Avoid this mess. The property location is OK and amenities are consistent with other hotels but there were many problems. The manager made some attempts to address problems but it felt like he was in over his head.

+good services, always provide us with juices. Good location, you are next to some famous eat around there - it’s old and sound proof is not that great.

The guesthouse is 2 star but the staff are 4 star They are very attentive and trying their best to serve customers in a 2 star facility I'm happy with service and for the value. Overall a worthwhile place to put your head down at the end of a long journey!

Although this property was perfectly adequate, it was not out of the ordinary in any way. In this town, you can do much better for the money.
