They don’t have a cancellation policy at the hotel so when we needed to reduce our stay by one night they offered to pay for the food we had in restaurant, but they didn’t honour this and only accepted ~ £7 instead of ~£40. The WiFi in the hotel is atrocious. It’s not near any attractions either. We were overcharged a whopping 750Rs to transfer to the railway. No air con either.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. While the property is a bit older, it is well-maintained, and the service truly makes up for any age-related shortcomings. The front desk staff, especially a girl named Shika, were exceptional. Both Shika and another young lady (whose name I regretfully can’t remember) were incredibly pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, and their positive attitude really stood out.
Despite the property's age, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff made it a memorable stay. The front desk team really enhanced the experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay

It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent !
I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks
