Air conditioning leaked, used an ice bucket from the kitchen to catch the water. Lamp fixed & kettle replaced at my request. Room was cleaned once at my request after 6 days. I was then told it was every two days, & that didn’t happen. Then told it was a misunderstanding & it’s up to me to ask for the service. Unimpressed. Bins & ash tray not emptied once. Would not recommend a superior room - no privacy from kitchen directly across & no privacy curtains. choose one of the other/more modern ones. Would not recommend for a long-term stay

The property is simple but has everything you need.Its in the heart of sengiggi so you are walking distance from the beach restaurants shops ecetra.The staff are simply amazing..caring obliging helpful and just a joy. The pool area is adequate the gardens beautiful and tended lovingly.Birds monkeys geckos visit.This is a homely stay...if you want something flash..its up to you..but I cant fault it. However the pool is not suitable for young children..

Rooms are a decent size with good air conditioning (we needed the duvet in the night). The lady on the front desk is lovely and very welcoming. The pool was cloudy I think with to much cleaner solution as we told a few days earlier it was green. The worst part of the stay was the guy at the front desk. I wanted to get a taxi to the port and buy a ferry ticket there (12k IDR for Gili air). The bloke on the front desk want adamant that going through him was faster and better so I went with him. however it turned out very slow as it was a mini bus picking up lots of other people which then took us near to the port for the agent to try and get us to buy further bookings etc. We then had to buy transport to get us to the port FAFF! So all in all good place to stay but don't listen to the old man at the front desk.

Hotel closed to the Art market and Damri bus stop ( Bus go to the airport). It's 400 m. from the main road. The hotel is cozy and lovely place. You can walk down the street and find many nice restaurants and local food. I recommend this hotel and i will be back to stay here again when i visit Lombok.

Amazing place to stay, superb staff, lovely pool, spotless rooms and great location.
