冷蔵庫に前のお客様の飲みかけが入っていました。トイレットペーパーの予備もなく、一回で終わりました。

We booked this hotel based on photos of the hotel ads. Turns out it was a lie. Hotel was super dirty inside out. Rooms are filled with ants and coaches. We booked 5 rooms a week before our trip. Ended up waiting for over 2 hours just for them to figure out which room to put us in. Front desk attitude was bad. They tried to over charge when I needed another room. I show them the price on the app. They changed it to the price showed on hotel.com. We booked for 2 days and our family of 18 people gave up on our room at 6 am after first night.
Most of us couldn’t sleep after a very long trip from the America. Due to the smell/ noise/ and dirtiness. 2 of the rooms shower head were not working. Most wall plugs were not working. One sparks constantly when I tried to charge my out of battery phone.
Couldn’t make this up.
Save your money and time.

Reception at the hotel was friendly but the bathroom was dirty with hair trimmings around the sink and mould in several places.
