Had a lovely stay

Great getaway from the city.

Hotel has a very scenic view of the city and Lake Victoria. That is the only good aspect of the hotel. The air conditioning unit only blew air, not cold air; the internet did not work properly; two of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. Finally, a major negative aspect is that they insisted we did not pay even though we had the confirmation receipt from hotels.com

Amazing view of lake. Also the people were wonderful But rooms needed updating. Very disappointed. Was a hot day and air conditioning was a small machine in the room and it was totally inadequate resulting in warm room. Ceiling fan never worked. Bathroom was very dated.

We had an excellent stay at cassia. We highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, the rooms large and all have a lake view. It has a stunning view of Kampala where you can have dinner and watch over the whole city. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. It’s easy to get to the city but nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle for when you want to sleep. Our flight home was at midnight and the staff kindly let us keep our room until we had to leave which was very generous. Would definitely come back!!
