Great

Highly recommend this Hotel. Great price in city and very clean and friendly staff.

The staff at Queen Hotel were better than we could have expected. They were courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We had an excursion planned for the duration of our check out day, and they offered to store our bags, and even allowed us to freshen up when we returned. I love this place and the staff

Very nice hotel and staff , only complaint was the breakfast, no freshly cooked eggs

We had a nice time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept quite cold though, the lift and breakfast restaurant were colder than we liked, but maybe in the summer this is good. Breakfast was good and the man who took our order each morning was very friendly. The room (Standard twin room) was of an acceptable standard, quiet and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean although the shower head was not great, probably needs to be descaled. There was always enough hot water though.

Clean room, good breakfast, happy staff, next to local cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from bust station,

Nice value for money in good location and they cater for all your needs. I would stay there again if i was in the area

The lady at reception is excellent ! Rooms are nice, beds are a little hard but not bad. They could definitely get new linen & towels, little old. Breakfast is good but the guy stands and watches you eat which is really annoying. Other than that, excellent location for food, laundry, bus station etc. Bonus of the hotel was the reception lady who provided a map & information. Excellent English and they have scooters for rent.

The lady in front desk give us a perfect service. She cant stop smile with customers. I dont know what doping she used for that smile. Our stay was nice, just the location is a little bit far from main attraction.
