Reasonably priced, Quite basic but served the purpose if you are the type who spends more time on the go than in your room. Good location for getting around (near Metro line).

Good location and inexpensive The pictures are much better than what I saw.

Good for business and student

The internet was fine. Elevator wasn't working first couple of days. Front door broken the whole time AND very difficult to open. No replacement toilet paper. Very hard to get hot water. Shower broken. Dirty ash tray left on balcony. It was really a rather scruffy place but the location was fantastic and the staff were very nice and helpful

Came to the property and did not know where the reception was and door entrance was unclear.

Easy check in for me, other guests who arrived later in the evening had trouble finding it: signage is confusing. The room is sufficient, well located, and clean. The bed is a little small and old box-spring mattress not the most comfortable. The balcony is a really nice feature, with a small table for two that's perfect for enjoying a drink in the late afternoon or evening. Service was very friendly and checking in was fast and easy.

The room was good, the elevator did not work on our last day and we were at the 7th floor - i have two carry two suitcases from the 7th floor down. A couple of time I spoke with the reception and they keep of spaeking to me in Portuguese and I don't know how to speak nor understand Portuguese. On our last day the lady at the reception is from Nepal and she speaks good English

We stayed just for the night and was ok , the beds were clean and the receptionist ( a Brazilian guy ) was so friendly . Good option if you have a long layover in Lisbon , it’s quite close to the airport .

Not as represented in pictures. Old, delapidated but in area close to metro.

I booked duplo room but i got single room room and water everywhere in room toilet was terrible water come out from toilet i never saw this kind of hotel service
