Friendly staffs and super ideal Location walking distant to The Spring mall

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, perhaps because it was the rainy season, the room was very damp and had a strong musty smell. Most of all, there was no hot water throughout my stay, so I had to shower with cold water, which was very difficult. The issue was not resolved promptly either.

Overall, the location was very good but the hygiene of the room was not satisfied at all

The hotel located next to ocean and river entrance to the ocean. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Overall nice, spacious hotel. The interior however is a bit dated. And the humidity is high, resulting in high condensation that makes everything in the room wet.

Good location. Mall is just beside the hotel. Many local eateries within walking distance. Nice sized pool for a swim.

Easy access to most places in the area

Excellent location, the property needed an upgrade.

Hotel is old but well maintained. Room smell a bit musky but frankly not that noticeable. Water pressure is good but flushing is weak. Breakfast spread could be improved if really want to be picky. Location is alright as it is next to a mall but food selection in mall is not that good.

Nice

Convenient location for visiting family. There was a shopping center next door to the property - about a 5 minute walk and there was a lot of dining options there if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. We visited during Ramadan and the very popular Ramadan buffet was held every evening and the cafe was very crowded. It is an old hotel and the bathroom is a little dated with the shower in the bath tub and it is a slight challenge to get to the shower if you have some mobility issues. There is no non slip bath mat provided so you need to take care when climbing out of the bath tub. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
