The hotel was clean, staff read good. My only complaint was there were kids at the pool running and jumping in the pool splashing everywhere. There was an adult male swimming in his underwear around all the kids and there were 3 hotel staff at the pool and they did nothing. There is a list of rules posted on the wall. I am guaranteed peaceful use of the property when I book a stay and I did not get that

Stayed at Minh Toan Galaxy Hotel in downtown Da Nang and it delivered exceptional value. The rooms are a little older, but very well maintained and comfortable. We booked a larger room and for the price it exceeded expectations. What really stood out was the team. The staff were outstanding across the board, friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Housekeeping was excellent and the onsite laundry service was especially impressive. Breakfast was fresh with a great range, catering well for both local and western guests. Location is another strong point. Close to the city and Dragon Bridge, and we were lucky enough to enjoy the Labour Day fireworks from our room, which was a real highlight. Great views and fast, reliable WiFi. A very solid choice in Da Nang if you are looking for value, comfort and great service.

Fresh breakfast with a large selection. Omelets, eggs, etc. They helped get us to ba na hills and a beautiful place. We had the premiere suite that was very large and beautiful and would book it again.

The breakfast was good, staff were kind, room had no view but had everything we needed and was clean. Pool was great.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Based on Vietnam being partially 3rd world country, where some places look low class, this hotel definitely stands out with others in town, Da Nang. We stayed from 2/16-2/26, during Lunar New Year. They were wonderful, friendly, the place was clean and every day housekeeping. They have breakfast buffet every morning. They have a pool and fitness center. And they help you with any questions. They are hard workers, from doormen to kitchen, to front desk to housekeeping. In Vietnam, a dollar is worth more than a dollar, so show your appreciation, they don't expect it, but you can tell, they appreciate it, more than you know.
