Food is excellent staff is great rooms are clean and good size

From our room you could see the vast ocean. Take note this place is a diving area. If you are looking for fine sand and swimmable beach you can always hire a motor boat to take you to the other side of the island. Love how they take good care of their clients. They accommodate early checked in and late checked out depends on the room availability without additional charge. Glad you found this place.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The atmosphere is genuinely welcoming, with staff treating guests more like friends than customers. The diving experience is first-class, combining professionalism with a relaxed, luxury feel. The British ownership is evident in the quality of service and attention to detail. Daniel creates a highly personal experience and goes out of his way to make guests feel at home. The food is excellent, with strong Western options that are often hard to find at this level in similar locations. Rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with a stunning view that elevates the entire stay. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, offering a perfect place to unwind. Bella provides attentive, thoughtful service and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout. A standout destination for both diving and overall hospitality.

Excellent location, extremely friendly staff including a wonderful dive crew, and very good food. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

The property was amazing the staff was very hospitable even at 11 PM at night when we arrived. It’s both access only when arriving or leaving. You’re greeted with a cocktail and oatmeal cookie from the owner. I highly recommend hashbrowns. They were also able to accommodate the other couple that came with us honeymoon surprise and short notice.

My second time at this hotel and my new home in Puerto Galera. Absolutely amazing. The waters and views stunning, the room magnificent and the staff works their collective butts of to make sure that you are not only happy, but thrilled. What else can I say? I am a hotel snob and I give Lalaguna my highest marks.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff.

Hard to beat for a diver. Right on the beach, equipment right there and retail shop, friendliest dive instructors (Liam, Aiu, etal), good food, great housekeeping and Maintenance, great pool, walking distance to Sabang is not bad. The staff here is excellent from Receptionists, waitstaff, maint, house keeping etc... These people are Gems!
