To check in your have to travel 8 blocks away. There are no staff at the location.

Front desk staff was terrific! There was a sewer-like smell in the room which became a little better when we ran water down all the drains, especially the "hot tub", which isn't a hot tub but a bathtub. We decided to try it but it was taking too long to fill up and the water wasn't particularly hot, so we gave up.

The internet or WiFi wasn’t working for one day.

AVOID AT ALL COST. SERIOUSLY. The check in is a 15 minute walk away from the actual property, we didn't realize this. Had to take 3 total ubers to finally get the key and enter the property. The property has a poorly constructed elevator, where if the door isn't closed by other residents, you can't call it. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to close the elevator to call it back down. The property is badly managed, deteriorated, and dirty. On expedia it is advertised as a hotel, it is not. They advertise for 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, it doesn't exist. The thermastat for the room was broken, we sat in our sweat in 90 degree weather at night. The hot tub in the room was broken. Street construction surrounds this property, noisy, inconvenient. Condescending, rude, front desk. Acted like it was my fault that their expedia advertisements is false and misleading.

Very clean, 7 blocks long walk from check-in to the actual room. Could easily hear other guests.

Not well maintained. Need a better check in system.

The only thing I didn't like was that the actual rooms are not in the address that shows in their profile, so get ready to walk or grab a taxi once they give you the keys. The room was clean, modern, good, new, comfortable, and I personally recommend this place to stay in Rome.
