Very helpful staff. Breakfast was also fairly good!

Very friendly staff

Hotel is nice, clean, good location. The receptionist wasn't rude, but also she wasn't welcoming. I stayed on 6 floor, room 602, next to the elevator and laundry room. I couldn't relax doing the day, because the staff was making so much noise. This Hotel has 7 floors, my advice who will read my review, not to accept rooms on any floor at this hotel if you will be given room number ending last 2 digits 02 or 00 On my floor it seems I was the only one , because doing my 2 days stay, I never met anyone.. I did bring to the attention of receptionist, that it's allot of noise where I'm staying, the receptionist advised me, next time you do reservation, request quite area of the hotel 🤔

Excellent location for central Berlin. Room was very quiet and the air conditioning was a bonus in the warm weather.

Excellent hôtel, central, a couple of blocks from the train station, clean, comfortable. Breakfast has a variety of choices from fruits to pastry, eggs, bread, ham cheese...will come back again for sure

Honestly I am so happy to be introduced NH hotels. How can I join your club? The staff were amazing and so professional and smart. The room was fabulous. So glad to have spent time with you. Thanks for the iron and ironing board. Great time!!!

Our greeting was very friendly, the room handsomely fitted out, the shower divine and the bed very, very comfortable. A great recommendation.
