性价比非常高，房间很大，景观好，饭食好，onsen 舒服，非常有特色，员工热情，交通方便。五星好评！

Although the staff were mostly able to speak English, many of the signs were only in Japanese. This included the instructions on the toilet and the kettle. Google came to the rescue and translated whatever we needed. The restaurant staff were very helpful and even gave us a tour of the extensive buffet the first evening. The buffet food was delicious and plentiful. Our room was twice as big as we expected, which was a nice surprise! I wonder if we accidentally reserved a suite, which would certainly account for the high price. 🤔 There was a bedroom and separate living room, each with its own flat-screen television. The air-conditioning worked well, as did the remote control for the room lights, which provided good lighting. The bathroom was big, too, and like the living room it had windows looking out on the sea.

dated but clean hotel. major issue was the futon bed (couldn't get a western room) - had sore back by the 4th night

Great hotel to stay at in Toba. Location is close to the train station as well as other activities including the Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Toba Aquarium. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a variety of food at the buffets and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The location is great for train travelers. All staff are friendly. It has pretty good baths, and few free private baths. We stayed two nights, and would like to use this hotel again in the future.

The onsen was a nice experience!

The place was a much older establishment but was a very nice place. I like the fact the ferry was in walking distance and the train station was also easy accessible as well. I would recommend this place to stay in the Toba area…
