The willingness and helpfulness of the staff have really gone down over the past year or so. There was a time when we absolutely loved this property but that is no longer the case. One the most recent trip the in room jacuzzi leaked on the floor and my wife slipped and hit her head. The allowed her to change rooms but there was certainly not enough follow up nor concern on the part of management.

can't wait to be back! great place to start and end a holiday. see you next time.

This place is a gem. Fantastic facilities, great price. Free airport shuttle.

I had a great stay at FM7. It was right next to the airport with a free shuttle. My flight landed at 12:15 am, but after passing through immigration and baggage collection, I met the driver by 1:00am, who still waited for me. The hotel was around the corner and was a very comfortable and clean hotel. All the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. I also got a 90 min. massage for an incredibly affordable price. I enjoyed my stay and plan on booking FM7 for future visits to Jakarta. I recommend this hotel. Thank you!

My stay began with a 20-minute wait to check-in and then another 20-minute wait while a room was prepared. I arrived well after the check-in time so I don't understand why I could not immediately be taken to my room. The staff did not apologize for the delay nor was I offered any kind of compensatory gesture. I dined in the restaurant between breakfast and lunch, and was largely ignored by waitstaff. I waited so long for my check that I eventually left without paying thinking they would just bill my room. Eventually someone chased me down and provided me with a bill. Given the number of similar properties in the area, I don't think I would stay here again.

Hace años que siempre que tengo un viaje y tengo que pernoctar en el area de Jakarta me hospedo en ese hotel. Es cercano al aeropuerto, tienen servicio de shuttle. Los empleados son muy atentos y estan pendiente de si necesitas algo. La propiedad siempre esta muy limpia. Tienen restaurante muy buenos.

This was the second time I stayed here. They maintain the hotel really well, everything is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s really close to the airport and the shuttle service is awesome. Although the swimming pool was the first thing that got to my attention. It’s big and clean, has enough room for everyone to share. Nice jacuzzi. Two big saunas and a nice cooling pool. And a locker room where you can shower and change your clothes after swimming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was large, clean and functional and bed was very comfortable. Good indoor pool which was a good size for a swim. We left at 4am in the morning so reception arranged a takeaway breakfast for us which was a nice touch. The airport shuttle was efficient - approx 15 mins journey. There is nothing i.e restaurants around the hotel to walk to
