purtorppo la struttura non si presenta bene, sotto il segno di anni e possibilmente di una manutenzione non ottimale che investe anche il verde attorno alle case. La nostra, definita suite alteo non era che un appartamento con soppalco e relativo letto mentre i bambini hanno dormito su divani letti al piano sottostante. La cucina era inesistente trattandosi dinun semplice fornello a due piastre da battaglia e datato. L'insonorizzazione non è stata delle migliori, ma credo dipendesse anche dal grado di civiltà dei vicini che in vacanza alle 7 del mattino hanno ben pensato di far schiamazzi tutti i gg. Peccato perché la steuttura è ben distante da Roma e solo connuna macchina sarebbe raggiungibile per cui avendo pagato più del suo reale valore e contesto credo che si debba porre rimedio (consiglio) da subito se si vuole valorizzare il pacchetto offerto. Spero sia utile

Dovrebbero essere un po più curati gli ambienti. Peccato perché il posto non è male

The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty old and ugly.. So, it was discusting experience for us. One of the worst experince, in terms of online reservation, in my life.

Most of the amenities were shut no shuttle bus, managed to get a lift from the staff a couple of times but had to get taxis most of the time

This place doesnt understand the law of contract - offer and acceptance. We were offered a 'superior apartment with wifi, 2 pools and several restaurants' - our apartment was basically a holiday camp cabin, run down, and very basic. One restaurant frequented by the kids and a wifi that didnt work. They should be de-listed or investigated. Very unsatisfactory.

This place was awful. The rooms stunk and were moldy. My family got sick and it was too late to cancel and get our money back. Our last night we packed up and spent the night in the airport, even with no beds, it was more comfortable and smelled better. I dont know how anyone gave it a positive review.
