The check in was simple and straight forward. The room had all basic amenities. The air conditioner was good. However, I feel the room in due for some renovations. I had to climb a ladder to reach the loft bed which was fine, but the handle and railings were loose which scared me when I reached for them. I would be cautious if you get the room with the loft bed. I know they have other rooms as I have been there a few times.

住進來竟然有其他客人的行李還有睡過的痕跡 尤其現在疫情期間 也完全聯絡不到館方的人 實在不知道該怎麼辦非常差勁的住宿體驗 ！

Overall is good, however, the address is unclear and it took me a lot of time to find the place.

Frustrating. The address is not listed. The location on the map is near the place but you'll never find it. There are no signs so even if you happen to stumble across it (at the end of a sketchy looking alley) you wouldn't even know you were there. I think they expect you to call them when you arrive but you have to keep in mind that I'm traveling so I don't have a phone easily accessible to me. We stayed in a loft... it was cute but the bathroom is not tiled and the shower is combined in the room, so everything in the bathroom is mouldy. The bed is harder than concrete so I might as well slept on the floor. The girls at the reception were helpful but I haven't come across one that hasn't been.

I like the room design. The staff at the counter is nice and helpful.

Check in was swift and we appreciated the staff friendliness and the tea on arrival. However, considering the price of the room, I was disappointed with a few things: - the area was very noisy, probably because the walls and windows are thin - no housekeeping, something that most cheaper accomodations offer - the bathroom and toilet is in the room, behind a very transparent and thin wall, not always comfortable for those who like a bit of privacy - not many wall plugs in the room (only one working in mine) All in all, even though the design of the rooms is interesting, the stay was not a comfortable one unfortunately and I would not recommend it.
