This is a great Hotel. Location is fantastic and close to funicular up to Zermatt mountain to ski. Would come back.

Amazing staff! Really above and beyond. Great location, incredible spa, views were unbeatable. Maybe my favorite hotel stay ever. Will be back!

Great views and a pleasant stay overall. The panorama is truly beautiful and definitely the highlight. The spa is very nice and new, and exceeded expectations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms feel slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

The spa and pool were amazing and needed after skiing and being in the cold. The rooms were super clean and all of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has beautiful views, a warm atmosphere, and very friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout most of our stay.
However, we were quite surprised and disappointed on the last day when the hotel closed entirely with very short notice. We were not expecting this at all and suddenly had to figure out where to keep our belongings and how to manage the rest of our plans. It was stressful and definitely not the ending we had hoped for.
Aside from this issue, the stay was wonderful — but clearer communication would have made a big difference.

Charming hotel with a most unconventional tunnel entrance. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from my room. Great restaurant and the spa was the perfect end after a day in the mountains.

It’s worth the splurge for a room with a view. The view was amazing. The pool and sauna area are also great with a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was worried it would be too far from the main road but the location was perfect and easy and right next to the ski rental shop and lift. Breakfast was good and they have a shuttle from the train station. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.
