Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time.
The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit.
Room smelled of smoke.
Not happy and I won't be back.

Very clean room very large and very nice and the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast.

Water pressure was very low. The hotel couldnt fix the issue. The shower head disintergrated. They do not provide free bottles of water like other hotels. Every bottle of mineral water is USD1.
