Emergency checked in here. They gave terrible room. No water in next morning. The mattress, u can feel the spring while you sleep, bedsheet not well cleaned (can see the stains), no toilet roll.
We complained about no water, they opened a new room (just for us to shower) & the other room is much better than what they gave to us.
Perhaps we are unfortunate to experienced their bad services. 😅

Everything was good but unfortunately, we have to pay more extra on our confirmed booking from HOTEL.COM if we compared to another property in the same country in JB.

良い Nice affordable place located at key location. Three people room had complimentary tea/coffee for two people only. Cleanliness above average. Nice friendly staff. Checkin and check out with ease. Close to restaurants, mini markets & malls. Easily accessible public transportation.
