Very convenient to transportation. Very nice onsen.

A bed bug infestation completely ruined our stay. There were four of us, and at first we thought we were just getting mosquito bites. We later realized they were actually bed bug bites. Because the room had traditional tatami flooring, it was almost impossible to spot or catch the bed bugs. We all suffered from multiple bites during our stay. The bedding was clearly not washed. There were visible stains on the comforters, and instead of using proper duvet covers, they were simply covered with thin sheets. The pillows also had a strong, unpleasant odor. The table was sticky, as if it hadn’t been wiped down for a long time. On top of that, the room was extremely old and worn out. Please be careful if you’re considering staying here. I would not recommend this place.

Was a fantastic place to stay at! Checked in really easy and the room we had was amazing! Was very big and spacious and we had an awesome view of Dontonbori street and river

Good location

It was a pleasant stay, and we very much enjoyed the friendly staff and free welcome drinks.

Being close to dotonbori is a double edge sword. Good side location is convient for food, shopping etc. Bad side because its a ryokan you can hear the noise outside and the hallway. Other than that all good

Traditional room. Beds tough for an older person. Towels provided every day. Good central location. Short walk to subway lines
