Really good. Clean, quiet, really convenient for buses and the airport. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Location is great! Only a 5min walk to the intercity bus terminal and 15min from the airport, making it easy to get around the island even without a car.

The place is so clean. And the manager is so helpful. The breakfast was just right.

Overall great experience. Room is clean. Breakfast is sufficient.

Good location, near bus station and numbers of restaurant in walking distance (within 10 mins). The Guest house is comfortable and room is clean.

Stayed in this guesthouse in April 2016. It's close to jeju intercity bus terminal and the cherry blossom street. The rooms are clean too.Choose this accommodation for the second time as it is conveniently located to bus terminal and it's previous hospitality. However, I had a disappointed experience this time. My parents and I were not happy with the 'hopitality' received from a young korean lady who spoke in Mandarin. We preferred to speak in English but she communicated with us rudely in Mandarin throughout our stay. During my check in on 16/9/2017, my mom asked her for direction to go to the bus terminal. As she gave us the wrong information, I asked her again for clarification. She was impatient and was rude in a way that she turned to my mom and said 'didn't I tell you just now?. There was another occasion whereby she replied 'isn't this the on button?' when I approached her to help us in switching on the tv. I hope the management will look into the training of this staff to improve on her communication and her resorces on tourist information eg basic thing like giving correct direction to the intercity bus terminal.

Convenient location, clean and good price

I stayed there for 4 days. It was pleasant. I liked the atmosphere. The lobby was like a quaint coffee house where we could hang out and play games that were provided by the hotel. The only things not so convenient were the extremely small bath towels and the extremely disappointing breakfast. Overall, it was enjoyable and if I have another 3 day conference at the same venue near this hotel I would stay again.

The stay was nice and cosy except for the range of food for breakfast was limited. No coffee was provided unless you pay extra for coffee.

Location is good. But the room is not cleaned daily. However, the price is value for money for the location. Breakfast average
