The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent especially breakfast. A lot of variety and everything was delicious. The staff was very nice as well and very helpful. Especially Isabel at the front desk. She nade our check in very easy and her professionalism, efficiency, and welcoming attitude truly stood out. Employees like Isabel make this property a great place to stay. Thank you, Helder Caetano

Lovely clean fresh modern hotel, well located for the seafront. Great ocean view room, comfortable. Lots of security guards, unsure of their purpose! Staff helpful when asked. Great rooftop views

Most staff very friendly & helpful. NO TV station with English language. Too restrictive on allowing friends or family to ENTER hotel, to visit friends & family. Little English in menus or wine lists. For Portuguese speakers, a good hotel with decent prices. And nice location on ocean beach. But for English speakers, we would NOT recommend CDesign Hotel.

Excelente bufet de café da manhã

Mariana was simply the best! She totally elevated the experience to a luxury level.

Breakfast restaurant is awesome. The menus were the same though. The room is in very good condition and the stay is great!

El hotel es muy lindo. El edificio hermoso, y la atención es buena. Son todos muy amables. La terraza hermosa. Y la pileta increíble. Aprovechamos mucho el servicio en la playa. Una sombrilla y sillas , un plus! Pero…. Por favor urgente renovar Toallas , sábanas y colchón: son una vergüenza. Horribles. Proporcionan toallas para la playa, pero no siempre tienen. El baño es chico, pero está bien. Muy buena la ducha. Pero en el lavabo muy poca agua, y el desagüe bastante tapado Para abrir la ventana para salir al balcón hay que tener mucha fuerza. Trabadísima Pequeñas hormigas en el baño y placard. Creo que no vale el precio que cobran.

Pool and roof deck are great. Affordable property so didn’t expect anything really nice, but mold, stains and water damage everywhere in the room we stayed.

I've been staying at this hotel since 2022, based on a recommendation. I've lived in the United States for 30 years, and I'm delighted with the place. The route flexibility, security, and especially all the staff are excellent. I always arrive super tired, and the staff are always there to help me! I go to Brazil frequently for work; my job is in aviation. And this last time, a young man named Rodrigo was spectacular!! The hotel was full, with events, and he did everything to accommodate me. And I hope CDesign appreciates this young man!! He has admirable talent. An excellent employee.
