Staff extremely helpful and nice

I don’t like that breakfast has only one staff member Staff are great, but food is always finished at 8:20am It should always have enough food until 9am This is what I don’t understand Hotel doesn’t give enough food for employees to cook At 8:20 there’s no more bread, no more beans, or yogurt

The Travelers are too disruptive !!!!!!! There are no compliance with night hours and sleep time is completely interrupted. We could not sleep 7 out of 9 nights, continuing traffic and rooms are small. Not staff enough skilled or experienced.

No me gustó el desayuno, limpieza en comedor y cocina.

El desayuno solo que no tenían mantequilla disponible

La acústica de los cuartos es malísima. A las 5 am iban en el pasillo unas mujeres jóvenes hablando fuerte y riéndose a carcajadas y eso nos despertó. El desayuno es limitado, los huevos sin sabor. El día de mi check out salíamos a las 5 am del hotel, la noche anterior pedí en front desk si me podían tener un snack para llevar (un sandwich y un jugo o fruta) ya que no podríamos desayunar por la hora y pues ya estaba pagado. Ellos me dijeron que si yo quería eso, que fuera a la cocina a ver si me hacían el favor, pero qué ellos no hacían eso. No fui a meterme a la cocina, me pareció muy desatento. Otras cadenas de hoteles ya han tenido esa cortesía al pedirla. La habitación estaba limpia.

Hotel was perfect as a World Cup stop. Gouged on night of game . A little shabby but suited our needs. Staff we great
