The bed was comfortable, room large comfy chairs. Tv too small for the room, bathroom floor grout very dirty. No table to work from, don’t book if you have trouble with stairs.

A delightful hotel in the centre of Ballarat. Really enjoyed our stay. Will come back again next year.

Clean room, wonderful hospitality service at the restaurant.

I was impressed with the every aspect of this hotel, from the decore - not as bland as most hotels, with a nice mix of furniture and decorations appropriate to the age of the original building, to the fantastic staff at reception, the size of the rooms (very large suite) and the very comfy bed and furniture. A delight to stay there and the Provincial will be my accommodation choice when staying in Ballarat in the future.

It was a excellent room

Great accomodation, walkable to central Ballarat

Spacious room, Comfortable Bed AND pillows ( Bonus ) fluffy white dressing gowns , Has all you need for a short stay, Within walking distance to ballarat central 🤗

Good

The room was delightful and incredibly spacious. Well situated within a short walking distance to great restaurants and bars.

Room was nice but was woken at 5am by the train boom gates which rang so loudly through the room.
