We couldn’t check in because there said no Indian ID.please don’t book this hotel I call to Expedia no one helped me Very poor customer service I don’t recommend anyone. If don’t have Indian ID don’t book the hotel

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Basic fundamental like clean linen and like iron box were not available. No proper room service. So please don’t ever think of staying in hotel at a price as high as 3500/- per night

Hot water was not working, our room was smaller than in the picture. Decent place and location was good but facilities needs improvement, Thanks Chnrhik

2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for better. Will definately stay at this hotel again should I travel to Chennai.

Nearness to restaurants. Power outage during the cyclone ( not the property's fault)
