I canceled my second day of stay but didn’t get a refund.

The room was very clean when we checked in and there was ample parking available.

Everything was great thank you guys

Man at front desk was hard to understand since whenever he was talking to me he was looking down & I couldn’t understand him. Room EXTREMELY HOT, OVER 90 DEGREES!! Turned air on which is BLOCKED BY BED; took several HOURS to cool room. Breakfast very limited & no juice, couple of muffins & was supposed to be 6-9 & closed at 8:45; disappointing. Parking very limited with all traffic in parking lot.

Excellent facility friendly staff extremely clean

The room was EXTREMELY HOT whenever we checked in, the air was OFF & even the air unit in the hall was OFF on the 3rd floor; it took SEVERAL HOURS to get the room cooled down. The front desk staff was not friendly & difficult to understand as he did not make eye contact with me or take the time to explain things until I asked for clarification; the check in was very hard to complete.

Was ok

The room itself was clean and up to date. The hallway was not air conditioned or clean. There was the aroma of pot in the hallway at all times. The hotel is located right behind two gas stations and on a busy road. It was noisy. The breakfast left much to be desired. They had bread, but no toaster. Two cereals with one being almost empty and very little milk. While they had waffles available to be made there was nothing else offered but juice and coffee. No cream or sugar for the coffee in the room.

Can smell a bad foul in the room

My husband stayed here when working out of to. He said the area appeared sketchy, a lady was passed out in her car with her door open next to where he was parked; she was breathing, but totally out of it. The breakfast wasn’t very good as far as items offered and the way some were prepared; overly runny batter for waffles, juice machine broken, etc.
