最高 Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter.

Staff was great. My room was ready so I was able to check in early. Free shuttle service to the mountain. I hired a snowboard from Rhythm Japan and the hotel a return collection area. Made things super easy.

最高 Chatrium shuttle took us to gondolas and pick us up. This was good and essential since Niseko free shuttle had stopped for the season

最高 Niseko great place for skiing ⛷️ whilst spring and not powder we enjoyed our stay with staff very friendly and helpful. Certainly recommended as place to stay with location and access to the mountains ideal. Will be back for the powder and stay at the Chatrium.

A small food hamper was provided to get started. Unexpected but pleasantly surprised. Very spacious unit. Could not ask for better

The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday!

Two bedroom apart hotel was nicely appointed. Welcome basket with breakfast foods was a nice touch. Staff members who drove ski shuttles were wonderful. Close to lots of restaurants and food trucks.
