Did not get the room I booked

Very pleasant would recommend to anyone.

Overall it was worth the price for downtown Tampa. Some small improvements could have made our stay more enjoyable. Shuttle service was nice since location is not on trolley line or as close to convention center but not enough drivers to keep up with guest demand during our stay. Main areas are nicely updated and kept clean but the room was very dated—furniture was worn, paint was poorly done, storage and modern amenities like charging ports were not available.

The hotel is easy to find and the staff are helpful as well as friendly. The only opportunity was the loudness of the refrigerator in the room. Better than your basic hotel.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean…my only complaint is that the hotel is outdated. It felt more like a cheap motel rather than a hotel. The free shuttle was nice but keep in mind that it does not operate after 2230. Overall, I just needed a place to sleep after a concert so it was tolerable for short-term use.

Todo estaba muy limpio. Son muy amables te transportan por downtown y a los lugares más cercanos gratis. Todo te queda cerca muy bueno el hotel. No te vas arrepentir de elegir este hotel

No hot water! Mentioned it to staff twice and still no hot water! Girl at checkin was very nice and so were the staff, clearly not the front desk issue but no help was frustrating. Did get offered a room change as we were leaving for the day and had a meeting, i agreed and said when we come back if its still not fixed we can move and when i got back the shift change had no idea what i was told and did not move us.
