スタッフの方々がみんな親切で部屋も設備も最高に素晴らしく、贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。また絶対に利用したいです。

The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

接客もよく心地よく過ごせました。朝食は、ビュッフェじゃなかったのが残念

駅からも近く部屋も広くとてもきれいでした。 路面電車までは少し距離はありますが歩いてはいけなくない距離で、電車、バスは本当にすぐ近くにあるのでどこへ行くのも便利でした。

遅いチェックイン、早朝チェックアウトでしたがフロントの人がとても丁寧、親切な対応で、嬉しかったです。また利用したいです。

It;s okay Free parking is good Building is quite old

Interesting older hotel. Showing a little age. Pretty far from downtown but great if you have a car. Free parking.

A lot of dust in the room but overall it was alright. The hotel staff was polite and friendly but he's very slow (not Japanese style slow) and it took a while for us to get checked in even though it was around 9pm at night with us being the only customers.
