Great hotel. Clean and close to falls

no Veg options for breakfast

The first thought upon arrival was are we safe. The hotel and staff are delightful. The breakfast could have been better. The sausage patties and eggs were cold. The trash cans should be bigger in the rooms. We missed the blackout shades in the room. All and all everything else was great.

Did get to stay at this hotel due to a booking issue. Even after getting the name switched did not let me check in. Not very helpful with a solution.

The pool was small, but okay for a couple people at one time.

Room was okay

Beautiful and clean. This hotel is wonderful. Jenn at the front desk made us feel welcomed and comfortable since the moment we walked in. We were a little nervious about the neighborhood with a boarded up house a couple of buildings away, but we did not have any issues and we walked to the falls (even at night for the fireworks). The room was very clean and comfortable. We needed elected not to have housekeeping and needed an extra towel and toilet paper which they keep right at the front desk for you to grab (which is so convenient for someone who hates to ask). The breakfast was delicious with tons of different hot and cold foods. My favorite was the Greek yogurt bar...yum. They have coffee (milk and creamer) Available 24/7. When I asked about decaf, they made sureitwas there our entire 4 night stay. We will definitely be adding Fairfield to our list of hotels to stay at.

Love this hotel! Clean and staff was great! Beds were very clean and comfortable!
