The room was spacious and clean. The staff were not very helpful and friendly. I asked one man staff how to get to HND airport from the hotel, he pulled one local map and looked puzzled. He then pointed the map and asked me, “can you find out?” On the last day of our stay, we hope to have the buffet in the hotel before heading to the airport. After front desk staff checked with the restaurant and told us they were fully booked. We ended up sitting in the lobby and killing some time. While we were there, we saw many seats were empty after a group of people finished the buffet. The restaurant seemed taking more people in. They do offer complimentary drinks in the lobby but the drink from the machine is not even half cup full.

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Cleaned only every 3 days, but would refresh towels daily. Rooms were definitely small, but for two people it was manageable and not a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again!

A small room so a tight squeeze for 2 people with suitcases but we did not spend much time in it as there is so much to see and do in Tokyo. Great location near a metro stop.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms are small, but well maintained. The only problem with the property is the very very loud washing machine.

Loved the property. In the lobby there was free coffee & hot chocolate. Location was also good. Would stay again.

Overall great place to stay in a central location. We were able to sleep a family of 4 Rooms are small, but that is the case for all of Japan. The bonus was two 7-11s 100m on both sides.
