I don’t know where to start! This hotel was amazing! Nice clean rooms, pool nice and clean, breakfast amazing, and drinks were strong. The area is in prime area and I can’t wait to come Back!

From my understanding this is a 5 star hotel so I will give an honest review, my 1st time staying in a 5 stars hotel. I booked a suite, and it gave me access to the VIP lounge, which was nice. That was my daughter’s favorite place to hang besides the pool. Lounge is open from M-S , 9-5 pm. In the lounge they have light food like parfait, fruits, small sandwiches and beverages. Also they have computers and books to read. Breakfast is included from 6:30-10:30 am. Breakfast is marvelous, great selection of food, they even serve soup, rice, chicken, salads, omelette made to order, so it’s more breakfast/ lunch. They have a cafeteria that’s open 24 hrs if you want to grab something quick. They also have a restaurant on site available at a cost for breakfast, lunch and dinner What people said about that mildew odor as soon as you step off the elevator is true. Smells like wet carpet that has not dried properly. The pool was clean but also had a smell to it, like the water that has not been changed a while. No microwave in the rooms. Tvs suck, one stopped working, and not many channels options. there was option for streaming like Netflix or Amazon, but when I clicked on the apps they didn’t work which sucked. The rooms were cleaned daily and each time we got fresh towels. No Microwave in the rooms which I found weird for a 5 star hotel. There’s a dining table in the suite which was useless unless ordering food from outside. Original items in the fridge are free!

Breakfast was excellent! Hallways have a slight odor, not so pleasant.

the hallways smelled like a swamp. There was mold/mildew in several places in the hallways. On two occasions the had large fans in hallway to attempt to dry it out. The Lounge was useless and only open from 9-5.

Place is very clean, the food was very good

Great property will stay there again.

Great location -very attentive to all needs, breakfast buffet was fantastic each day- professionalism displayed at all times day or night eager to assist Loved the stay will definitely return
