TV didn't work was only issue

Best hotel in San Jose. Convenient and quiet. Staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Good

I like the location of the hotel. The bar was a nice place to meet friends. The rooms are clean and well kept

Great hotel, great location, yummy food and wonderful service!

The only problem that we had was the pool area. There were guests that paid to stay there and other people invited their friends in there was this one party that had a room joined to the pool. It was her four kods then thete was three more adults that came out to the pool and three more kids that came out to the pool. This made it very uncomfortable for everybody because there was so much noise and so many kids that were not supposed to be on the property that we’re not staying at the hotel I think in the future there should be some kind of wristband to be at the pool when you check in just like at a resort this would make it a lot easier I had called security security came out and just looked around and went away. There was also people smoking next to my room when there is this is a non-smoking property that was taking care of, but all said I’m not a Karen. I paid a lot to stay there. It’s a nice hotel but the pool area needs to be managed more carefully for people that are not Staying at the hotel
